The Song of 12/22/2016: Eric Clapton – Tears In Heaven

Today ends with a calm sadness.. Like I’m losing something. Thank you, Yanka Kupala National Academic Theatre… Now I don’t know how to live.. Literally. Today’s play was terribly painful. And you know what? I’m not agree with it.. I can’t. Still have my mission to complete…

Time can bring you down
Time can bend your knees
Time can break your heart
Have you begging please, begging please

Eric Clapton, English guitarist and singer-songwriter, wrote this song in 1992.. It’s about his loss of son who was 4 years old when he fell out of the window.. It was written like a movie soundtrack but reflected old personal pain.

It’s sad but it’s beautifully calm.. with no chance to change anything.

Harsh reality. ‘Tears in Heaven’ is a song about harsh reality… which I feel.. right now. Right here.. After today’s theatre play…
